Garlicky Whipped Ricotta with Feta

A delicious cold spread that works well alone or as a dip for all things Italian!

- 1 cup whole milk ricotta
- 4 oz feta
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 TBSP olive oil or feta brine optional
Begin by adding ricotta cheese, feta and garlic to a food processor and pulse until smooth. If needed, add in olive oil or feta brine to help everything come together.
Once the mixture is smooth, add in salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Enjoy!
