Garlicky Whipped Ricotta with Feta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta
  • 4 oz feta
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 TBSP olive oil or feta brine optional

Instructions
 

  • Begin by adding ricotta cheese, feta and garlic to a food processor and pulse until smooth. If needed, add in olive oil or feta brine to help everything come together.
  • Once the mixture is smooth, add in salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste.
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Enjoy!
