Easy Olive Cheese Bread

Ooey-gooey and deliciously crunchy garlic bread that makes the perfect side dish or appetizer!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf french bread
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4.25 ounce can of chopped ripe olives
  • 6 green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup salted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
  • Start by slicing your French bread in half lengthwise down the middle.
  • Next, spread on the softened butter and mayonnaise.
  • Then sprinkle on 1/4 tsp of garlic powder on each half of the bread.
  • Top the bread with the chopped olives, chopped green onions, and then the mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake the bread until the cheese is bubbly and brown; about 15-20 minutes.
