Creamy Feta Sauce

A tangy Greek yogurt sauce with lemon, herbs, lots of fresh garlic and salty feta.

- 3/4 cup full fat Greek yogurt
- 1 large garlic clove minced
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp fresh dill
- 1/4 tsp salt
- fresh cracked pepper
- 2 ounces feta cheese crumbled
Into a small dip bowl, add the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, dill, salt and pepper and stir together until mixed.
Fold in the fresh crumbled feta cheese into the Greek yogurt. Serve and enjoy! TIP: If you have the time, refrigerate the sauce for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
