Creamy Feta Sauce

A tangy Greek yogurt sauce with lemon, herbs, lots of fresh garlic and salty feta.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup full fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 large garlic clove minced
  • 1 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp fresh dill
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • fresh cracked pepper
  • 2 ounces feta cheese crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Into a small dip bowl, add the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, dill, salt and pepper and stir together until mixed.
  • Fold in the fresh crumbled feta cheese into the Greek yogurt.
    Serve and enjoy!
  • TIP: If you have the time, refrigerate the sauce for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
