Chocolate Covered Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding

A creamy, chocolate-y, high protein chia pudding topped with tart raspberries and rich chocolate chips.

- 1.5 cups greek yogurt plain or vanilla
- 2 scoops/servings chocolate protein powder
- 4 TBSP chia seeds
- 4 TBSP milk or milk alternative
- pinch Salt
- pinch cinnamon
- honey for extra sweetness optional
- 1/2 cup Frozen raspberries fresh if prefered
- 4 TBSP semi sweet or dark chocolate chips
Into a medium bowl, add the Greek yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, milk, salt and cinnamon and mix well. Taste the pudding mixture and add honey if you prefer a sweeter flavor. Once the pudding is mixed, split the mixture into two airtight glass containers.
Refrigerate overnight or for up to 5-7 days.
When ready to eat, serve with chocolate chips and raspberries.
